Raipur, September 24, 2026: Shri Shankaracharya Institute of Professional Management & Technology (SSIPMT), Raipur, organized ‘Gen-Z Charcha’ through its Cultural Committee on September 24, 2026. The event was held at the Central Stage, Academic Block, SSIPMT, Raipur, with the presence of Pujya Shri Indresh Upadhyay Ji Maharaj.
The programme was themed “Values, Culture, Youth and Contemporary Perspectives” and aimed to provide students with a meaningful platform for interaction, discussion and exchange of ideas on issues relevant to the younger generation. The session focused on the importance of values, sanskar, culture, service and responsible participation in society.
The event began with temple arrival and Paduka Pujan, followed by introductions and lamp lighting. After the welcome addresses, the Gen-Z Charcha session with Shri Indresh Upadhyay Ji Maharaj was conducted from 11:40 AM to 12:55 PM.
Focus on Youth, Values and Social Responsibility
During the interactive session, students had an opportunity to reflect on contemporary youth life, cultural and ethical values, social responsibility and service. The programme also provided a platform to discuss the relationship between traditional values and the aspirations and challenges of the present generation.
According to the event report, the session encouraged students to consider how modern aspirations can be balanced with values and sanskar. Students also interacted with the guest and participated in an exchange of thoughts and perspectives.
300+ Students Participate in the Programme
According to the SSIPMT event report, the two-hour offline programme was attended by 300 students, 20 faculty members and 20 external participants. The report recorded positive participation and engagement from students during the interactive session.
